What are some partner complaints about vendor channel programs and why are they so similar year to year?
It's surprising just how many partners took the opportunity to vent some of their frustrations with their channel programs. The answers have similar themes to previous years and yet some are wholly unique. Diane and Charlene discuss some of the more memorable feedback and come up with a New Year's resolution for the channel.
