Some recent changes in the analyst industry have Diane and Charlene wondering what the future holds for the research space around indirect sales. Tiffani Bova left Gartner in March and Darren Bibby left IDC in April. Will they be replaced at Gartner and IDC? Will vendors pick up the slack on channel research and analysis? Does the complicated nature of the channel mean future studies will be covered by different organizations?
