  4. Assess current and planned engagement elements / policies, for example:
    • Program segmentation
    • Expectations at different program levels
    • Benefits at program levels
  5. Highlight areas of strength and opportunities to improve on current and planned partner program  based on current partnering maturity, market standing and goals for two years out.
    • Assessment will indicate: on par with industry peer group; behind industry peer group; or industry leading.
