Special guests Lisa Penn from SAP and Mike Moore from Averetek shared their perspectives.

Charlene especially notes that it's important to not only help partners do marketing, but it's important to teach them how to sell themselves. Diane emphasized this focus on "teach" and the need to create a differentiated value proposition. Branding was another topic that jumped out to Diane and Charlene.
