Want to be a better manager? Join our summer school and take some time to work on yourself. These webinars will help you advance your channel career by giving you actionable tips to become a more effective leader.

Join Carol Giles Neslund, Principal at PartnerPath, at 11am (Pacific Time) for 45-minute sessions detailing the valuable skills needed to become a better boss and lead your channel team. Using her deep industry experience instructing channel leaders, she will direct the webinars and assign homework to put you on the path to success.

  Learn how to link your team to the company vision/goals, aligning team expectations and effective goal setting. 
• July 18: Coach for your team to succeed.
  Learn how to give effective feedback and motivate your team.
•  July 25: Confronting nonperformance.
  This session focuses on how to handle team members who aren't making the grade.
• NEXT SESSION August 1: Leveraging power and influence productively.
  Learn how to navigate office politics and how to use your power effectively.
